I was greeted in a friendly manner and introduced to JD Daugherty who let me test drive a used Crosstrek but explained "eyesight" and the other safety features of the 2016 and showed me a video. JD and the Dean Team worked very hard to find the 2016 Crosstrek I wanted and get it to St Louis even sooner than expected for the original quoted price. Salesman Brad Gilbert was professional, personable, and made me a phenomenal deal. As a woman, I very much appreciated not being taken advantage of and not feeling pressured by Brad. However, I especially appreciated not being humiliated in front of other customers as I was at Suntrup. At both places, I knew what I wanted and how much I had to spend; and I felt it was my right to negotiate the best deal possible. While I was called a liar and dismissed as "playing games" by Adela at Suntrup, Brad worked wonders and I drove away with the car and the deal that I wanted. I simply can't say enough good things about my experience with the Dean Team. My suggestion...don't waste your time with the other Volkswagen dealers in the St. Louis area. Go see Brad Gilbert first.
