Our sales rep, Jason Moore, was fantastic to work with. He responded immediately to our inquiry and had the vehicle ready for us to consider when we arrived. The purchase negotiation flowed very well, including the finance portion with Dustin Westhoff! Both of these guys were super busy taking care of multiple customers, but we received outstanding personal attention. They hustle to get your deal done and get you on the road! We will have our vehicle delivered next week, as they are taking care of even minor imperfections, which we understand is their practice on pre-owned, so we expect to feel as though we will have a like new 2015 at a great savings! So glad we connected with this dealership and with Jason and Dustin! Great experience! More

Quick and painless! I bought a 2012 Mercedes from Jason and the crew at Dean Team last week and feel great about it! Jason was there to answer my questions as soon as I I bought a 2012 Mercedes from Jason and the crew at Dean Team last week and feel great about it! Jason was there to answer my questions as soon as I arrived on the lot, and had the car ready and waiting when I returned a couple of days later for a test drive. Overall a great experience My wife and I went in to look at a pre owned VW Jetta. We met Wes where he showed us the car we saw online. There were a couple of issues with the car My wife and I went in to look at a pre owned VW Jetta. We met Wes where he showed us the car we saw online. There were a couple of issues with the car, but Wes worked on us with the price and the issues. There was a couple of issues with the paperwork getting mailed to us, and Wes went out of his way to resolve the issues with the paperwork by overnighting the paperwork. There was an issue with the vehicle emission inspection and Wes resolved coming to my place of employment and taking making sure the vehicle passed. There are always going to be hiccups and issues, but the mark of great service is how they handle them. Wes handled it with professionalism and courtesy. I will go there again for my next potential purchase and I would recommend Wes for anyone in the market. More

Best Car Buying Experiece Ever!!! Spoke with Paul Biermann over the phone on a preowned 2012 Subaru Legacy, I went in and test ride, nice car but Dean had a 2015 Subaru Impreza Limited Spoke with Paul Biermann over the phone on a preowned 2012 Subaru Legacy, I went in and test ride, nice car but Dean had a 2015 Subaru Impreza Limited, Jasmine green in color with tan leather, it was love at first sight. One week later thanks to Paul and Rick Richard the 2015 Subaru Impreza is mine. They now have sold 3 cars to my family: 1} 2015 Volkswagen Golf, 2) 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Sport Wagon and now 3) 2015 Subaru Impreza Limited, in the last 6 months. This speaks volumes of service provided by the Dean Team. More
