He gave me his final number in less than 30 minutes. The transaction at the dealership was quick and painless, no hidden or surprise costs...he kept his word on the price. After the check engine light came on one day after purchase the dealership rectified the situation and made all repairs at no cost. We will definitely be purchasing from them again. More

He was not pushy at all and instead of just making sure we drove with something off the lot he stuck with us and made sure we had the car that we actually wanted and came out to see. Great place to purchase a vehicle I first inquired via text about a pre-owned car I saw on their web site. A few minutes later I received a text back with a good price quote. I then asked about another vehicle and again got a very quick response. I stopped by to see the cars and was connected with Jason Moore. Jason was very professional and answered all my questions without ever being pushy. I returned later with my wife and test drove the two cars. We decided on one the following day and Jason came in to meet me on his day off. He completed the deal while making right my minor concerns about the car. He took me to Rick Richard in financing and Rick quickly completed the transaction. This is my second purchase from the Ballwin Dean Team. I will gladly return when we need another vehicle. More

Our experiences over the past few days with folks at Dean Team Subaru have been - dare I say it? - believable, informative & FUN! A couple times I looked around just to reassure myself that, Yes! We WERE at a car dealership! I learned a long time ago that a truly good salesman is, first & foremost, an educator. There is a big difference between educating & persuading/promoting. If they are honestly educated & experienced with their own products & are doing their job with integrity, they want to give a customer something that fits them & their desires, not their own. I had gone online & read up on a few of the salesmen at Dean & I liked what I read in the reviews. As we pulled in the lot I noticed a salesman entering the building with the look of someone intent on a task. But as we stepped out of our car he stopped, turned around & approached us with his hand out & a friendly smile on his face. A real smile & a real handshake. He approached me first & shook my hand, rather than my husband's. You know what I liked immediately? Jason listened to us & did not have his own agenda. He pointed to three 2015 Foresters he had on the lot AND included a quick description of certified used 2015 Foresters he also had. He allowed us to decide. No pressure, no "leading the customer." We mentioned being dissatisfied with a Subaru dealership much closer to home and he simply talked about the integrity with which the owner insisted on running Dean. We appreciate the straightforward, reasonable way in which we were able to communicate with Jason. And when we spent time with Dustin going over the finances, I had no alarms go off in my head or no suspicions. I read about all the creative ways that dealerships will try to manipulate customers so they can "build profit back into the sale." There was absolutely no sign of that in our dealings with Jason, Dustin & Dean Team. Jason even called on a lovely gentleman, Mark, to walk me through all the electronic do-dads, "because he's better at it than I am." And did I mention the accessories? We were interested in adding a few & the staff were fantastic about getting them on our car quickly, perfectly & generously. I am a fan of Dean Team. My husband will be buying another car in a year or two. We already know where we'll go for that & who we will ask for. I will be telling friends I actually ENJOYED buying a car for once.
