Ordered a new car I came to Mark a few months back looking for a very specific car. Midway through 2015 every car of that model was already long gone, so Mark and I wal I came to Mark a few months back looking for a very specific car. Midway through 2015 every car of that model was already long gone, so Mark and I walked through the process of placing an order for a 2016. I enjoyed the process of building a car from the ground up, and Mark offered zero pressure and knowledge of all the various options. While the car was being built Mark kept me up to speed on its progress and answered every question I had in a very timely manner. The car arrived a week early and exactly as ordered; we signed the contract and away I went. The folks at Dean Team were even able to beat my credit union on financing, which was very impressive! It was a pleasure dealing with Mark and the rest of the folks at Dean Team Subaru! More

Great Customer Service My overall experience with the Dean Team was very well. The customer service was great, they went above and beyond to keep me happy. The only thing I had a problem with was the attention for detail. When the truck was dropped off it was not full with gas and the maintenance on the vehicle was not up to date. They reimbursed me for an oil change which I appreciated. More

Great Experience!! I went to The Dean Team in Ballwin thinking I was going to purchase a small pre-owned Mazda SUV. I didn't like the Mazda so Scott, the Sales Manager, I went to The Dean Team in Ballwin thinking I was going to purchase a small pre-owned Mazda SUV. I didn't like the Mazda so Scott, the Sales Manager, asked if I wanted to see a few other options. He was never a pushy salesman and he took the time to show me several different cars and SUVs. I recently graduated from college and my parent's went with me to offer advice. As it turned out Scott did such a great job of explaining everything and offering me several options for both purchase and lease that it was easy to make the final decisions on my own. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and informative - their customer service is AMAZING and I LOVE my new Jetta! More

Used Car Purchase I recently purchased a used car from Jason Moore. He was not like your stereotypical salesman, he was very nice and not overly aggressive or annoying I recently purchased a used car from Jason Moore. Wes was the first salesman we met and can truly say he made it a non-stressful purchase. He was very attentive but not pushy and was happy to show me exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't too nervous during our test drives! I went in for a used car, not even a Subaru, and came home with a 2015 Subaru Impreza that I love. I would definitely recommend this location and Wes. RIck Richard was also great to work with. They were both professional and fun! Thanks guys! More
