You call them, text them or go see them and they figure out a way to help you. In this case, i needed a used car for our college daughter. I asked Scott what he had. 15 mins later he called me with a car. They checked out the car, Scott called me back and said 'not this one.' 15 mins later Scott called and said 'i like this one better.' And sure enough, so did I. Yea, they really are that good and it really is that easy! More

We were able to come to an agreeable price in a decent time frame, and Dustin Westhoff had our paperwork done very quickly, was very organized and we were on our way in no time. Wes was very knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I was confident with all the features of the Jetta before we left. He also made a followup phone call the next day to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and to offer assistance if I had any questions.
