Jason was there to offer his undivided attention, as we had our 2 year old with us, and was kind of difficult to really search around. He got things done for us, in a fast and easy manner. Jason answered every question we had and went out of his way to make our experience there a great one! We traded in my Dodge Challenger for our now GMC Acadia, it fits our family and we are happy. This purchase is no different than my previous purchases. I was searching for something that I needed and they had it. I ended trading in Jetta Sportwagen for a Golf Sportwagen. They gave me the highest for my trade and a great deal on the new car. Carl worked to insure I got what I wanted and Scott made sure to get the numbers where I needed them. That team of Sales associates is why I will continue to go back to purchase more vehicles. I love my new car and loved the price that they worked to get me. More

Excellent Customer Service My car was totaled in a small auto accident. I had a rental car for only a week, and thus I had a pretty short amount of time to find a solution. I My car was totaled in a small auto accident. I had a rental car for only a week, and thus I had a pretty short amount of time to find a solution. I test drove several cars from other dealerships, and to be honest, all of them could have suited my needs. However, I spoke with Wes Gallegos, and he offered to let me test drive the Chevy Cruze I saw on their website. Wes gave me good information about the car as well as pulled around another car that I was considering at another dealership so that I could see the to models side-by-side. I went with the Cruze, due in large part to the information and help I received. I could have bought a Cruze just about anywhere, but the service here was top notch. Wes was also happy to work on pricing as well as get a few recalls taken care of before before I picked up the car. I have purchased several vehicles from different places, but Dean Team (and Wes) made this the easiest experience I have ever had. Thanks, Dean Team. More

After deciding to think about it, I called to be sure he would be there Friday evening. He kindly assured me he would and took great care of me. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen.
