Service has not called back about our issue I purchased the Toyota care plan and they told me there was a “special” and it was $229 they took my credit card over the phone and charged me $249. I purchased the Toyota care plan and they told me there was a “special” and it was $229 they took my credit card over the phone and charged me $249. I called and left a message but of course they didn’t call me back about the over charge. Bad business! If I don’t get a call back I will have to dispute the $20 on my credit card and possibly cancel the service all together. We live an hour away from your dealership and I sure the Toyota closer to us would gladly help us. More
