Showed up and Derek had the truck waiting outside, ready to go. Ken in finance had all paperwork drawn up ahead of time so I just had to walk in, make 1st payment and sign. That’s the sign of a good finance guy, no hard sales push, but friendly, and prepared. Truly superior. I also dealt with Angel, who showed me all the ins and outs of the new truck, taking her time to show me whta every button and dial inside the truck does, and she even hooked up my phone to the infotainment for me.
