The car (previously leased) was like new. Special appreciation for the service team: Ten days into ownership, the battery showed signs of losing charge, and was replaced with a new one at no cost. We also took the car in a month later for an oil change (synthetic), and the service records indicated that it did not need one for another 6000 or so miles, so rather than just doing the work and charging us for it, we left again without having to pay for something we didn't need. We plan to continue having Del service our car. More
