Excellent associates, sales force & service department. I love the staff at Del Toyota! I had a 2008 Highlander & traded it in for a new one. Conner was my salesman & Ken handled all the paperwork. Beware I saw a 2011 Nissan Rogue for sale on the website. I applied for the pre approval for it. Some one called me and confirmed I was approved. I live 45 m I saw a 2011 Nissan Rogue for sale on the website. I applied for the pre approval for it. Some one called me and confirmed I was approved. I live 45 minutes away so I asked if they are sure I was approved for it and I was told yes. Al offered to come pick me up after I got off work and I asked him once again if he i am approved. He said yes and he will come pick me up and i will be leaving in a car. I asked him about a down payment he said he worked it out so I would have $0 down and would only have to pay him $50 for picking me up. During the drive up I ask him again about the 2011 Nissan Rogue. He said if it was still on the website they should have it. It was still on the website. We get to the dealership and he brings me out a 2019 car. It was way to expensive for me. He asked me my monthly price range I tell him $200 biweekly. By now its almost 9pm and I have my 3 year old. Al brings me out a 2020 Toyota Corolla and tells me the payments are $450 a month. I ask him about the Nissan which was only priced at $5998. He tells me he could only get me approved for a brand new car. So I paid him $50 for him to drive me all the way up here and I wasn't even approved for the car I actually wanted. So I had to buy this brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla that I didn't even want and cant even afford or I would've been stuck 45 minutes away from home at 9pm with my 3 year old son. I called Al as soon as I left the lot and explained to him this isn't the car I wanted and the payments plus insurance on ur was to high because it was brand new. I ask him if I can bring g it back tomorrow. He basically avoids my question and continues to tell me that's all I was approved for and my rates will go down after 6 months. I send him a text the next morning and ask him again about returning the car for the 2011 Nissan. I explain to him I will get a cosigner if my credits to bad. He ignores my text. I email the sales manager who also ignores my email. I call and talk to Al and he talks down to me the whole time and is rude. I ask to speak to someone else he tells me I dont need to speak to anyone else it's my fault and they will tell me the same thing. After asking 4 times to speak to someone else I hear Al yell for someone to come speak to Me. This person was a whole lot nicer but still wasn't a leader to help me. He said he will call the owner and have him call me. I still haven't heard anything. I will wait until Monday as it is a weekend. More

Airbag recall service Brought 4Runner in for airbag recall. I live about 40 minutes away..they said it would be around 3 hours so was given a loaner. Went back to pick up v Brought 4Runner in for airbag recall. I live about 40 minutes away..they said it would be around 3 hours so was given a loaner. Went back to pick up vehicle..fingerprints on the dash and when I went to clean noticed dash was not fully secure with all clips (easily visible bubble on passenger side). Called and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. Went in (again 40 minute drive each way) only to be told they would need another 3 hours as they had to once again take apart the dash. Made another appt, another loaner..and finally picked up my truck fixed correctly. Might suggest “fresh eyes” for quality control after vehicle is “fixed” to avoid having to go back 3 times. More
Wasted 3 hours of my time On June 27, 2019, I went into Del Toyota, to purchase an used 2007 BMW X3. On the 25th, 24th, and 23rd, I had been in steady communication with Algarn On June 27, 2019, I went into Del Toyota, to purchase an used 2007 BMW X3. On the 25th, 24th, and 23rd, I had been in steady communication with Algarnae. I explained to her my credit situation and I explained to her which vehicle I was interested in. First she said I would not need any money down. Then she stated I needed between $500 to $1000, so I made sure I had that amount. I also purchased insurance in advance for the vehicle. I called before I came again on the 27th to make sure I was good to come in and leave with my vehicle. Algarnae stated I was good. I told her it was a 1 hour and 30 minute train ride to the dealership so i did not want to waste my time.Again, she reassured I would leave with the car. Well, 3 hours later I did not leave with the vehicle. I had to pay $75 for an uber home. I was told I could not receive an apology for the misrepresentation from Algarnae. Al was very insensitive and he did not care because he could not make the sale. I was upfront before I came and still wasted 3 hours of time away from my children and was stuck with a $75 uber bill. That is not how you run a business. More
