Salesman had set a time at which we showed up, however he was not in and no one knew what was going on. He showed up about an hour after he told us to meet him and no apologies. Someone else had taken our vehicle by then. This added about an hour to the wait over what we were told and then he couldn’t remember details for our accessories. More
