We stopped in on a whim one day to check out a car we had seen online, and Doug was welcoming and friendly from the get-go. I appreciated his honesty and that he gave us space and time to chat between the two of us as needed. We were not able to purchase the day we dropped by, so we left our information and said we would be back a few days later. Doug respected our space, checking in once the night before our arranged meeting time to make sure we were still planning on stopping by. Having been on the receiving end of some VERY pushy salesmen in the past, I appreciated Doug giving us time to gather our thoughts.
