Honest, trustworthy and understanding I found a vehicle online and arranged to come and test drive the vehicle. Mike met me and we sat and discussed my needs, the vehicle I found and the I found a vehicle online and arranged to come and test drive the vehicle. Mike met me and we sat and discussed my needs, the vehicle I found and the issues I was having with my insurance company. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave me great advice on dealing with my insurance company. He never made me feel pressured, quite the opposite, he made me feel relaxed and comfortable with my purchase. My internet price was honored and the transaction was very smooth. Mike even got in the car with me and walked me through setting up OnStar. Mike was friendly, respectful and courteous. I have been back to the dealership to see him twice since the purchase and he even asks about my son. When I need another vehicle I would definitely give Mike a call. I have already told a few people about my experience. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Mike and this dealership again. More
