When I scheduled an oil change on our 2015 Grand Cheroke, I asked what the cost would be. I was quoted $75. I had a coupon for 10% off that. That would put me at $67.50. When my oil change was done and I went to pay, the total was 86.97 after she took $20 off. I was then charged $2.61 for paying with my credit card. That put my total at $89.58. No logical explanation as to why it was not what I was quoted. Feeling betrayed and frustrated, I just paid it. This is how you treat a career military retiree/senior citizen? Not to mention, I just purchased a $60,000 2026 Jeep Wrangler at this dealorship. You will never get in my wallet again!! More

I had to schedule an appointment 3 to 4 weeks out for issues I was experiencing with my certified preowned vehicle I purchased two months ago. I arrived at 8:30, which was my appointment time and the cus issues I was experiencing with my certified preowned vehicle I purchased two months ago. I arrived at 8:30, which was my appointment time and the customer service technician was warm and friendly, this review is not about her. I was told who my service advisor would be and that they would call and advise me on what they found if anything, including repair estimates. After not hearing anything until mid afternoon, I called around 3 PM and was dismissively told that my service advisor had left for the day. I asked for an update and was told that they would talk to the technician and then call me back. That never happened so an hour before closing on Friday afternoon I called them back and was told they would call me back. This time they did call back and told me they could not re-create one of my issues – they didn’t follow my instructions on how to re-create it because they told me what they did to test it and that is not what I advised them when I dropped it off. They then explained that they did discover the drive belt was causing the noise I was hearing but they were waiting on a part to do the warranty service which they said would not arrive until Monday. And they’re telling me this on Friday afternoon less than an hour before closing after having my vehicle for almost seven hours when I call for an update and didn’t get one and I had to call back and discover this so I didn’t even have an opportunity to get a rental car or make alternate plans. I get part delays, etc. but I have already waited three weeks at this point for an appointment and I’m just finding out that essentially nothing has been done. No wonder it takes so long to get an appointment because this is very disorganized and very poor communication which is my primary concern. Just let me know what’s going on so I can make adjustments if needed otherwise why even do appointments at all? Guess that’s the Dellen difference. More
