Incompetence/Poor customer service Original Sales Mgr who now has left never returned my calls and never followed up with issues with purchased vehicle. Woman in Titles and Tags sent t Original Sales Mgr who now has left never returned my calls and never followed up with issues with purchased vehicle. Woman in Titles and Tags sent title of purchased car to wrong Financial Institution Car was purchased in late 2019 I found out about it from my credit union where I got the loan. Tried to call woman in titles and tags, she never returned my calls or calls from my credit union. As far as I'm concerned she should be let go. I went down to dealership end of February and met Gregory Budd who was very helpful in resolving this issue. As of March 13, 2020 the issue has been resolved. Unfortunately I have no intentions in ever purchasing another vehicle or going for service there nor will I recommend this dealership More
