From the moment we walked into Delray Buick, when we were greeted by the sales manger, to our introduction to the our salesman, Steve, to the driving away in a new Buick, we were treated very well, no pressure, no gimmicks, no wasted time and no bull. We were given a fair price on our trade in and the only issue was the dealership getting the color I wanted. Our salesman, Steve, took care of that and even quickly answered phone calls from me. Getting the car took 24 hours and went very smoothly. When we went back to pick up the car the paper work was done in record time and we were out the door. Drove to Del Ray GMC and was immediately met with a totally different attitude, showroom appearance and attitude. Front desk lady gracefully introduced me to Alex. We sat down, engaged in welcomed small talk and then Alex got out a sheet of paper to discuss my needs. Physically writing it down showed dedication and professionalism to my unique deal. I produced my must haves equipment wise, color, etc. Alex checked the system and in 1 minute he said he has 3 trucks that all meet what I need. I was asked to wait a second and he’d have them pulled right to the front door to look. He went over the options, features, etc. I asked the price and any incentives; Alex explained over the tailgate and at this point Alex’s professionalism and approach made this vehicle purchase, which is usually a hard decision, very easy. We shook hands and I said let’s do the paperwork. This $64k transaction was as stress free and as easy as buying a gallon of milk. Alex did a great job. He’s approachable, open, transparent and truly trying to get his customers into what they want. His attitude and attention are rarely seen anymore. Well done Alex! More
