I’m sorry to read that you do feel this way. We take pride in our service quality and are committed to customer satisfaction, which is why when our technician saw your marked valve stem caps on your tires were both on the front, he thought he was doing the right thing by removing them and keeping them on the two front tires. We were unaware that those markings were used as a barometer for whether the tires themselves had been rotated properly.
