Extremely disappointed Very upset over the fact that I advised service of a transmission issue and they wanted to sell me some other service for the motor that has nothing t Very upset over the fact that I advised service of a transmission issue and they wanted to sell me some other service for the motor that has nothing to do with the transmission, even after I told them I know the difference between motor hesitation and transmission jerking and getting hot after being stuck in traffic , then I’m told this is common ?????? How can this be common for a 2017 vehicle . Your telling me I can’t take my vehicle on a long trip for fear of my transmission overheating, then I get home and google this problem and there is plenty of info that this is an issue with the transmission in these vehicles. I couldn’t be anymore disappointed in a brand new vehicle that I pay top dollar for . Plus the fact the service department has to be fully aware of these issues but yet try selling me $250 worth of services that have nothing at all to do with the transmission More
