Not about dealership. About needing brakes replaced after only 16000 miles. Tech said factory installed brake pads are "soft" and different than other models. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the issue I came in for was under warranty, which was great. The service was fast and efficient, car was done same day. I would have appreciated a little more information up front about the additional services they were recommending, especially because they were unrelated to what I had originally brought the car in for. There was a $2000+ service recommended for an issue I had not observed, but no one called to tell me what it was, or why I would need to happen. I read about it in the service doc, which helped, but it wasn't enough info for me to want to invest that amount of money. More
I found Dirito brothers and our sales assistant Ron very easy to work with. Ron was very knowledgeable and he offered a good deal without a lot of back and forth. There was never a pushy or aggressive vibe and no one ever needed to check with their sales manager. Everything went smoothly from our first test drive to signing the documents in the finance office.
