Great service and sales parts it’s fast paced but very well executed enjoyed the experience with the whole team took care a few thing all in one place was clean tea coffee water hot chocolates with wi-fi well executed enjoyed the experience with the whole team took care a few thing all in one place was clean tea coffee water hot chocolates with wi-fi TV with work stations ready to go love waiting there also was to to uber to downtown and will be free drop off and pick asap the car was ready keeping informed through the whole process given a quote before getting started honest with customer service thank you Sean in service and every one in sales also very friendly letting me absolutely parts dept. where I bought a hat too outstanding customer service thank you DiritoBrosVW W. Not about dealership. About needing brakes replaced after only 16000 miles. Tech said factory installed brake pads are "soft" and different than other models. At this pace I'll need to replace 2 more times b4 lease expires. Never had this issue on any other vehicle. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the issue I came in for was under warranty, which was great. The service was fast and efficient, car was done same day. I would have appreciated a little more information up front about the additional services they were recommending, especially because they were unrelated to what I had originally brought the car in for. There was a $2000+ service recommended for an issue I had not observed, but no one called to tell me what it was, or why I would need to happen. I read about it in the service doc, which helped, but it wasn't enough info for me to want to invest that amount of money. More

I found Dirito brothers and our sales assistant Ron very easy to work with. Ron was very knowledgeable and he offered a good deal without a lot of back and forth.
