Kevin was friendly and tried to be helpful, however the problem was not resolved. We bought GTI SE 2025 less than a month ago. During its use (~500 miles) we noticed that "Start-Stop" feature is working i problem was not resolved. We bought GTI SE 2025 less than a month ago. During its use (~500 miles) we noticed that "Start-Stop" feature is working inconsistently. When we leave home, the engine stops on traffic lights 2-3 times and after that "Start-Stop" is not activated. We do not change any settings. The technicians did not find the cause of the problem. They stated that the battery is OK, all tests pass OK. We are not satisfied; documented feature should work consistently. Also, tires were over-pumped during the service, and next day the "Tire Pressure" indicator was activated. We returned to the dealership and the technician discovered that all tires pressure was too high. He made it normal. Thanks to him; I do not know his name, it was on Saturday, May 23 around noon. Staff was very friendly but the issue I mainly brought this in for still exists. I feel like I was not taken seriously and expensive diagnostics are favored over really finding what’s wrong starting with this in for still exists.
