I was told that the $375 to assess my AC would be applied to the repair. They thought it needed to be charged, so they applied the $375 to that. It took 3 more visits for them to realize that it actually nee to the repair. They thought it needed to be charged, so they applied the $375 to that. It took 3 more visits for them to realize that it actually needed a new hose. They refused to apply the $375 at that point because it took them so long to figure it out. It’s not my fault they couldn’t figure it out! Very unethical to do that More

Buying my VW from them went smoothly. However, customer service has not been the best besides Nanika she was a pleasure to work with. I have two problems with this dealership. 1. I requested a refund within 3 days of buying my VW for a service plan I was given false information about. I was told it was done and would take 6 weeks. Within this time I have called a emailethe finance person who helped me Eddie Miller and get a different response on timeframe everytime. I have no problem waiting but I do have a problem with the nonspecific information. I did not want to write this review this way I rather have wrote about how smoothly things went dealing with everyone I worked with but that is not the case. 2. I have called and emailed sales manager Jeff Rosen multiple times during the 6 weeks with no response at all very frustrating and disappointing. I will not recommend this place to anyone just from the customer service standpoint. Now I will have to go down to the dealership to handle this in person because at this point it feels like I need verify if I need to take the legal route. And I already called my bank they said they see nothing and all I wanted to ask is some simple questions. More
