Sean was amazing there was a mix up and my appointment was scheduled for and he told me don’t worry at all about it we will get you taken care of and he did! I was able to immediately get a loaner vehicle was scheduled for and he told me don’t worry at all about it we will get you taken care of and he did! I was persuaded to purchase a prepaid service package that would save me $$. Turns out I almost lose $450 because it expired just one month later without me being informed at all. I got an extension so that would save me $$. Turns out I almost lose $450 because it expired just one month later without me being informed at all.
