Excellent as usual. The mechanic found out my Tiguan had oil leak from the vacuum pump and replaced it with a brand new part. All was covered under the warranty as well! My entire gas tank had to be replaced. Unbelievably, the warranty covered everything: the repairs, the rental car, and even the gas. Sean did great. He was very helpful and professional. My son called and got a price quoted for the service $545.00. When I got the there it was $775 even though the put it in the notes. Also the service suppose to be done same day but it was not.
