I'm very apprehensive dealing with VW dealers based on my prior experience in Santa Cruz and San Jose. I called and expressed my concerns with the service manager Shannon and she immediately put my mind at e prior experience in Santa Cruz and San Jose. I sat patiently in the waiting lounge and noticed other service department customers were having a positive experience as well. Without a doubt the service department at Dirito Brothers VW has no peers. They have set the bar for service excellence. My service was assigned Sean Thomas . Sean is a consummate professional and was able to thoroughly explain the maintenance required for my wife's 2017 Golf R. I'm glad I drove almost 90 miles to Dirito Bros VW. My wife waited 20 minutes to talk to a service advisor. There was an available service advisor that wasn't doing anything. It turns out that service advisor was assigned to our vehicle.
