My check engine light was on when I dropped my car off. When I picked it up later that evening, the light was turned off. By the time I turned it on in the morning, the light was back on. The service associate did not reach out to even explain what the problem was. I had to text and ask the following morning, in which it was explained that there is an issue, but it’s “safe to drive.” He then asked when I could come in so the service team could take a look at my engine. I responded within 15 minutes and then he never responded to that. I normally don’t give bad reviews, but I’m just not happy with this treatment at all. I made an appointment on my own through the website with another associate who I’ve worked with in the past and is an excellent communicator. More

I had a very nice experience when I took my ‘24 Atlas Cross Sport in for it's first scheduled service. The service staff was welcoming and very helpful. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes! Kevin and I work with each other for more than 11 years. Just a day before I brought my car for service I had an issue with a complete loss of electric power.
