The guy who shown us the car was excellent and very patient BUT the salesman (the guy who’s taking care of the payment and final paperwok) was HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE he has has no patience and he was r patient BUT the salesman (the guy who’s taking care of the payment and final paperwok) was HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE he has has no patience and he was rushing us, my son (two year old) hold the little car in his office and you can’t not imagine how was his reaction and attitude, my wife had to leave to office because of his behavior, come on man we just wrote you a check of 20000$. Simply unhappy! Car in for "routine maintenance" , kept overnite at my request. When picked up I asked if the blue urea fluid had been filled-- certainly was the answer, but with my first tank of gas the w overnite at my request. When picked up I asked if the blue urea fluid had been filled-- certainly was the answer, but with my first tank of gas the warning came on of 800 miles, fill up the blue fluid. Seems pretty basic in a car that broke all the rules and needs this vital fluid to stay within the law! More
