Marina was excellent. I asked her to show me how my L headlight fell out. She brought a flashlight and opened the hood. With the light, she pointed the permanent parts of the vehicle where the assembly f headlight fell out. She brought a flashlight and opened the hood. Very difficult to find Saab service with the proper equipment. Team diagnosed the problem and replace computer part. The cost was expensive but no comps since nobody else could do the work.
