Took my Jetta in for an issue that the touch screen was having. Thankfully it was covered in my bumper to bumper insurance. It was overall a good experience. They ordered a replacement part (but forgot to call me). I had to follow up about a month later and scheduled time to bring my car in. Brought my car in, had it fixed but upon leaving noticed an issue with the car play. It was close to the time of closing so all of the technicians had left for the day. I had to bring the car in again. I understand that these things happen and Kevin was great and got me in ASAP to make sure it was fully fixed. Other than the slight inconvenience of having to bring it in three times, I would recommend them. The people are always friendly and the service is great. More

Charged separately for wipers which was told was a part of the 70,000 mile tune up. This last time, however, I was pretty disappointed with the condition my car was in when it was returned to me. There were multiple spots on the interior that had oil/grease on them. The engine bay had oil/fluids in left splattered in different places. Now I'm pretty meticulous about the way my car looks, but I don't expect them to clean the car, by any means, but I'd expect it to be in the condition I left it to them in. From what I can tell the service they did on the car was done well, as it usually is, but the condition it was left in made me a little concerned with the quality of the services they did on the vehicle.
