In the 5 years I’ve been coming here I’ve never really felt welcomed. I’ve never been offered a courtesy vehicle and just always feel like I’m getting subpar customer service from the service providers. W felt welcomed. Whether I would have to pay for a courtesy vehicle or not it would be nice to have been offered one as a courtesy, especially since my car ALWAYS TAKES THE ENTIRE DAY. I always see the same two people, I’m not sure if they just don’t like me from a previous service but every timeI have to come to here I regret it. I continued to come here because it was conveniently located near my work and hoped that my experiences would get better. The work done on my car is fine, and there’s a really nice older gentlemen that greets me when I drop my car off but I always feel like I’m being looked down upon when I’m in the office. Maybe it’s just me but I think I will be having my services done in Oakland in the future. I just don’t feel comfortable here and don’t wish to be contacted any longer. More

We used online express shopping to buy the new car. Because we did our research and know the model and year we want, and also with previous experience with Volkswagen, we are confidence with our choice Because we did our research and know the model and year we want, and also with previous experience with Volkswagen, we are confidence with our choice even without seeing the car in person. Price and finance term were all communicated online and through the phone. We are fortunate to work with Gus, who is very knowledgeable and work through's customer perspective, which makes the process stress-free. But buying a car without seeing it in person still require a leap of faith. Gus assured me that the car is in perfect condition. So we make the jump, ordered online and had the car delivered to us. Gus delivered the car in perfect condition! Reflect on the whole process, the online buying process is actually quite enjoyable. More
