The whole experience was amazing. From calling to have a car ready to drive, completely cleaned prior to my arrival, to the easy online paperwork and quick financing I was in and out in 2 hours! I felt very safe because everyone was social distancing and wearing masks. With extra care around me since I had my newborn in tow! Very poor service. No follow up and poor communication. I was not contacted once in the almost two weeks that my car was there. I only got information when I called and when I did call, each time I was told was not contacted once in the almost two weeks that my car was there. I only got information when I called and when I did call, each time I was told it would take one or two more days. There was absolutely no explanation of the service or the issue that led to it. I was just expected to sign for it. Also no information given when asked how long to drive before getting smog check again. More
