SEAN was excellent!!!We recently purchased a VW PASSAT SEAN was excellent!!! We recently purchased a VW PASSAT from Nanika (wonderful). The battery needed a jump, I called Sean. There was also a bad smell, battery was out gassing!!!..sean got us in and though after 4pm..Sean got Pat (great tech)..to replace the battery with Kyle Ritola approval!....Dirito bros are awesome all the way around!!! Took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation!!! Always will recommend Dirito Bros!!! More

I am satisfied with the facility cleanliness and safety also the staff courtesy. The reason why I rated less than five because my 2019 altlas trunk door/gate problem was not resolved. I still have to deal with my trunk door problem and it’s getting worse specially when I have load in my trunk. I just hope my trunk door won’t open or unlatched while I’m driving. More
