Caught their complementary shuttle to the Walnut Creek shopping district. When the time came that the car was to be ready a return shuttle was used. Between fine and great....good Overall, my sales person (Diego) was good. He was informative enough to be helpful, but not enough to answer all questions. We also found a cracked piece of plastic on the car that he said he was going to replace...he didn't. Also felt like important info/details (re: required maintenance/additional $) were not mentioned, until it was time for actual payment (ie: where it's basically too late to turn back). All this said, it's been over a decade since I bought from a lot, so maybe this is just how it is. I'd still go back to Diego. I now know to make sure I ask every single question, as opposed to assuming that all important info will be relayed. The woman that I dealt with (Karen), re: payment, however, was freakin' awesome. By the end of it, I was back to feeling good about my purchase and felt like I'd come back to Dirito Bros, almost solely based on my experience with her. Diego...B+/A- Karen...A More

Best prices by far compared to all other Bay Area VW dealers. Sales persons were not pushy at all, and the finance department was very smooth and sincere, there were no additional pitches during that time. I felt a great vibe when I walked in and I am very happy I purchased a vehicle here. Peter and Fast Eddy were all great to work with! They were honest and transparent during the process. I highly recommend at least coming here during the car selection process, as the dealership is immaculate and everyone is accommodating, and not pushy. More

Need some work We usually have Kevin as our customer service person but that morning we had someone else. He was fine/ok. We received word that my car was finished (which it was done early). I went down a while later to pick up the car and once again they took a very long time to find my car. The last serval times I have gone to pick up my car they have either forgotten to call it up, couldn’t find it or took a very long time to bring it up for some reason. When they finally brought it up which is another story, I looked at the tires and they didn’t look like new tires. They looked dirty and had lubricant on them and my wheels. If they had the time to finish early the least they could do was wipe off the crud. I think that the customer service here the last several times has gone down (except for Kevin). Doing the little things makes a huge difference. Just kind of disappointed. More
