Best experience in a dealership, ever! Went into Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek to check out some new vehicles, 30 minutes before closing, and was instantly greeted by Gus Davila. This guy is Went into Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek to check out some new vehicles, 30 minutes before closing, and was instantly greeted by Gus Davila. This guy is hands down the best sales person I have ever dealt with! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure my wife and I at all. We told Gus what our budget was, and he did not try to over sell us and made sure we were comfortable. He showed us some vehicles to choose from, we test drove some, he explained the different features and took what we were looking for and drew up some quotes. We were in a brand new car, driving off, in less than an hour! I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as to see Gus, to anyone I know. My family and I are really happy with our purchase! Air conditioner repair My air conditioner was not working properly. After replacing a part service said car was fixed. I drove the car home only to find that the air was st My air conditioner was not working properly. After replacing a part service said car was fixed. I drove the car home only to find that the air was still not working properly. It was obvious to me that they had not test driven the car after repair because I had specifically stated that air temperature varied with speed of car. Called and set up another appointment to fix. Service rep test drove care with me to personally observe problem. During second attempt to fix a different part was replaced and three separate people test drove the car to ensure it was fixed. My air was finally working properly. While I wish it had been fixed the first time and been driven to ensure fix, I am happy with the results and the willingness of the dealership not to charge me for the additional labor. I will not hesitate to return here for future repairs. More
