Great customer service is why I come here I went in for an oil change and the service advisors made me feel right at home. I had spoken to Shannon and she set up my appointment. I let him know I needed to leave by 10 am and he got my car serviced and I was out right on time.. He was very informative and interactive. Returning customer My husband and I came to VW about three years ago looking for a car. No expectations but wanting to shop. We leased our very first VW Jetta. This past My husband and I came to VW about three years ago looking for a car. No expectations but wanting to shop. We leased our very first VW Jetta. This past week we were desperate for a car. Our commuter car took a dump on us. So we returned to VW on a Sunday two hours before closing. We test drove the Tiguan and loved it. Within two hours we were leasing our 2nd VW. We were given a loner to drive until it was ready which made it possible for my husband to get to work. We have experienced such a professional but also family oriented dealership.
