My 24 Jetta was brought in for transmission and clock issues. This is the second time they've attempted to fix the transmission and it did not get better from the last time. I ordered a spare key fob for my 2019 e-golf and, after it was shipped to the dealer, the technician was unable to connect it to the car. He spent multiple days and hours trying to solve this problem. Fina it was shipped to the dealer, the technician was unable to connect it to the car. He spent multiple days and hours trying to solve this problem. Finally, after three days and a call to VW headquarters, the technician had to discharge the battery and reboot the car. Since the car is out of warranty, I was concerned that I would be on the hook for twenty hours of the technician’s time — which is way too much to pay for a simple spare key. But Marina came to my rescue and insisted she would not charge more than the original $525 estimate. Marina is a gem. This is how you build loyalty. More
