My Passat 30k service was excellent I used the website to schedule my service and was hi happily surprised to find a late appointment. Jonas did an outstanding job of checking me in and I used the website to schedule my service and was hi happily surprised to find a late appointment. The team could not have been more welcoming and friendly. I worked with David and John, who listened to my driving habits, what I wanted in a car, and what my financial parameters were. They gave me several options based on our conversation and I left with the perfect car for me. The Finance Manager, Sterling, was thorough explaining all the documents and made me feel at ease.
