Sean also let me know they were offering a free replacement for my diesel particulate filter since VW has improved the filter. The work was said to take at least 2 days and my car was ready to be picked up the following morning. My car is now running way better than how I left it with them. Thanks Sean and VW for taking care of my 2015 TDI. More

My recent visit to Dirito Brothers left me with mixed feelings due to a few notable issues during the process. Firstly, my salesperson, Gus, was efficient in closing the deal but unfortunately overloo feelings due to a few notable issues during the process. Firstly, my salesperson, Gus, was efficient in closing the deal but unfortunately overlooked setting up the Volkswagen Car-Net system. It took me about three hours on my own to realize the system was inactive, forcing me to schedule an appointment at another dealership for assistance, which will require leaving my car for a day. I'm not sure what else was overlooked which I will not know until I have to use that feature. He called us repeatedly on the same day after the initial contact to gain our business, I wished he showed the same enthusiasm after closing the deal. Additionally, by the time we received the key and completed the paperwork, there was no one available to answer any questions or provide a practical walk-through of the key features of the car. No one put a ribbon on the new car, some of the used car dealers are also doing it these days. Furthermore, I found the interaction with the financing department disappointing. The staff member handling my paperwork seemed hesitant in responding to my questions and came across as borderline rude. My brother is also interested in buying the Atlas R-line but now he decided to take his business elsewhere. More
