I was happy with the communication and the information given to me by the mechanics and the work itself. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that my car had to be there for more than two days. Shannon and Sean were each friendly and helpful in getting the service scheduled and completed and I appreciated how quickly I got my car back. But, why do my brakes still squeak, even though they're getting the service scheduled and completed and I appreciated how quickly I got my car back. But, why do my brakes still squeak, even though they're supposedly in good condition? They make squealing noises, so I was given a piece paper saying this is effectively normal. If it's normal than why don't I hear any other car's brakes squeaking? I drive through my neighborhood, and squeak squeak squeak. I would like this to be resolved. More
