We were asked to come without an appointment then all they did was a visual check. We thought it was a quick. We have to come all the way from Oakley. David was able to confirm availability of a 2024 Atlas and to arrange for a test drive. The weather was not the best at the time of the initial test drive, and the color and seat combination that I wanted to purchase was not available. However, we were able to agree upon an initial trade-in and finance plan and to locate the vehicle I wanted within half-an-hour. David was able to locate and have the vehicle prepped and ready for a test within 2 weeks. Between the test drive signing paper work, and getting a briefing on all the tech features, the whole process was about 2 hours—about one of the easiest car purchasing experiences I’ve had. Ironically, the only other time I was in and out of a dealership faster was purchasing another Volkswagen. More
