Kevin was very nice and patiently described what was wrong with my car and helped me understand my options. I am VERY DISAPOINTED in Volkswagen. My driver’s side sideview mirror was broken. It wasn’t safe to drive! I was in a jam. Kevin & Sean & the service team at Dirito Brothers came through immediately.
