Great experience at Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne We worked with Andy Hitzemann to purchase a new Honda CR-V. 2016 Honda Odyssey My husband and I went to Don Ayres Honda to look at a used Honda Odyssey. I emailed the dealership to check availability on one that I liked. Andy took the time to go out and find the van I was interested in and took a video of the van for us. We instantly knew that Andy was customer service oriented , and wanted to do business with him. Once we arrived at the dealership Andy had the van ready to go for the test drive. He went over the features of the van so we knew what to expect when test driving. Andy was friendly and easy to talk to. Not once was he pressuring us to purchase the vehicle . Once we decide to purchase the vehicle he went over all our options. His customer service was always his first priority. Before we left with our new van Andy had the vans settings programmed to our liking the van was washed and had a full tank of gas. After looking, we went back to Don Ayres unannounced and Cleveland was very busy helping other customers. He helped us find Rick. Rick was quick to jump in and help us purchase the car that we wanted. He was super friendly and also great with our kids. We ended up purchasing a CR-V EX-L. We are so happy with our new vehicle and love all the safety features. We would highly recommend working with Rick, Cleveland, and the Don Ayres team.
