Being already pre-approved through my credit union, I went on the Honda website and picked what vehicle I wanted and which salesman I thought that I wanted to work with based off of previous customer reviews. Seemed like it should have been as smooth and easy process. I chose to work with Jeff Ward, who happened to be training a new employee (Tyler who was very pleasant and knowledgeable from previous experience.) My experience was not at all what I was expecting. Jeff was very sarcastic and made me feel as if my questions/ concerns (scratches and missing paint...) were not a priority to him. After voicing my concerns about his attitude and almost walking away from the car, I received a phone call from the sale manager who was professional and wanted to address my concerns. After speaking to the manager, I received an apology from Jeff through a txt message that did not seem sincere at all. The vehicle I purchased was close to an empty tank, I asked if the tank could be filled prior to driving the car off the lot, I was told it would be. The day I picked the vehicle up, it was still close to empty...after voicing my concerns once again... the tank was filled. Overall, I love my vehicle, and plan on purchasing another Honda when I do decided to buy again, however, I will not be working with Jeff again More

Price changed three times in a couple of days We called the service dept to ask how much it would be to diagnose an error light. The service man said it would cost $85.00. So we made a morning app We called the service dept to ask how much it would be to diagnose an error light. The service man said it would cost $85.00. So we made a morning appt. My spouse showed up and all of a sudden to agree to the diagnosis the cost was now $98.00. After waiting 3 hours the service man said the cost was $100.00 because there was now another $2.00 administrative fee. Since $100.00 was paid for the diagnosis of a code, That means the $85.00 phone quote and the signed agreement for $98.00 were both lies to the client. Then they wonder why we won't let them repair our car. We don't trust liars. More

Working hard to make it happen I had a day off and nothing to do. So I figured that I would pass some time by going to car lots to see if I could get out from under a bad loan I too I had a day off and nothing to do. So I figured that I would pass some time by going to car lots to see if I could get out from under a bad loan I took. After a failed attempt at the first stop, went to a second place and they said there was no way I could get into anything I liked. so I went to Don Ayers on the recommendation of a good friend. Upon arrival I saw many nice new Hondas. With major doubt in my mind that I could ever get into a new car at an affordable rate, I test drove two different accords. After some great negotiation by the dealer on my behalf to the credit companies, they managed to get me approved with a premium lender, just a little over my ideal monthly payment range with $0 down. These guys at Don Ayers worked extremely hard to make this happen, and I greatly appreciate the efforts of all involved in this process. More
