My Husband and I just updated our 2007 EX-L (which Chuck Suter helped us keep in great working order) Odyssey to a 2015 EX-L Odyssey and loved every step of the process. Jeff Ward worked with us patiently while we shopped for the perfect fit and he survived multiple tests drives with my husband!! The negotiations with Carlo went well and we received great rates through Honda finance. We are extremely happy with our new certified Odyssey!
