I was told by someone in the service department that I could get my dent fixed for a reasonable price. When I went to the body shop I was told to ask for a man. I can't remember his name. The lady did not get him. Instead she gave me an estimate for $600. The service department thought I could get it fixed for less than $100. I will have to take the repair of my dent to someone else. I hate to do this, but if I can get it fixed for less they will get my business. More

I have not ever had a problem with any of the staff. They are great about caring for my service milestones and the times that other things pop up! When I have a service that takes a few hours, the shuttle is a great way for me to get a thing or two done while I wait. Otherwise the waiting room is nice enough, I do not mind waiting there. I recommend Don Ayres Honda Service for anyone with a Honda! They do service other vehicles as well and I am sure you would find the service to be what you expect it to be, great! More
