I have been treated as a valued customer when I returned for service and a check up on a slight problem. Everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction both times. It was quick and efficient and friendly. Dillon Steenport handled my problem, he was courteous and friendly. In other visits I have had dealings with the service manager and it was most satisfactory. I have recommended family and friends to Don Ayres and they are also most satisfied with the after sale service. Obviously the sale itself was satisfactory or I would not have purchased from Don Ayres, although they came highly recommended by other friends. More

First Car Buying Experience This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. We found the car online and wanted to come in for a test drive to see if I'd like it. Mat This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. We found the car online and wanted to come in for a test drive to see if I'd like it. Matt helped me out every step of the way by answering all of my questions. During the test drive I loved the car overall but the breaks were making a strange noise. Matt assured me that the dealership would fix the brakes if I chose to go ahead and get the car which I did. The service was really quick and the buying process as a whole was much easier than I had expected. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Jeremy also conducted the finalizing of the purchase process and was helpful as well. I came in much earlier than planned to pick up the car and the staff easily accommodated me even with the last minute change of schedule. Would recommend Don Ayres to anyone, the staff is awesome and I love my car! More

Good experience with service I was there couple of week back for my new crv servicing. Jeremy Sullivan was the one assited me on the servicing.
