How many times has a total stranger come up to you and said that. The only thing is i am hoping i find a Dealership in florida half as good as Don Ayres, The service people and mechanics at Don Ayres is second to none. And i would recommend them if i come across anyone that needs there car worked on in Fort Wayne Indiana. More

Purchasing of a 2014 CRV Well where begin From Elkhart,In went to go look at a CRV. Found one we liked but wanted to keep or options open to look at other company's etc. we decided on the CRV.Called and talked to sales person whom with we dealt with and said the one we wanted.. Wanted to do some figures and salesperson said what number gave them the number (mine to call ME)which they had my husbands number to begin with husband was at work that's why I gave them my number . We'll salesperson called my husband back but left message on husbands phone when I told them to call me. Then I told this salesperson we have are own financing the person proceeded to get information for there financing. This sales person did not wait long enough to get the last 4 digits of my cc to put deposit on CRV. Then on the next day finance mgr called wanting the last 4 digits which was fine but then continued to ask what percent rate we were getting from our bank . . We are not happy or this If you are telling them we have our financing and need paperwork done up to send to our bank shouldn't they leave it at that instead of keep asking us about there financing. We are purchasing this CRV on 8/18/2014 but we are not happy over this situation. More
Problematic? Hope not! This is the second issue I have had with Don Ayres Service. This time I only had the oil changed and since then I have had oil on your garage floor. This is the second issue I have had with Don Ayres Service. This time I only had the oil changed and since then I have had oil on your garage floor. We just thought maybe it was just leftovers from the oil change. We have now had to clean the floor 3 times. We did check the oil and it states it is full. Don't know where it is coming from but it has made my garage floor a mess. More

The dealership was very busy when I was there, however, everyone made sure that someone was working with you or asked if you needed anything. Chad Oberlin was busy with a couple of other customers as well as me, but I never felt neglected or put upon. Chad was very personable and seemed very interested in helping me get into the car I wanted. I got a good deal on the car and they were willing to work with me. If I know of anyone who is looking for a car, I will definitely recommend Don Ayres Honda. Thanks for making it a good experience. More
