We desired a top quality repair---and we got it at Don Ayres Our 2012 Ridgeline was damaged by a van that hit us the passenger side of the truck. This was a hard hit that damaged both doors and the back quarter Our 2012 Ridgeline was damaged by a van that hit us the passenger side of the truck. This was a hard hit that damaged both doors and the back quarter panel. Until then our Ridgeline still looked showroom new. Through our insurance we had several choices of where to have it repaired. We are happy we picked Don Ayres body shop. This was not an easy repair, but it looks like new again! Great service produced a great repair! More
Oil change I went in for an oil change. I was due for a 25k mile service which was supposedly only going to take an hour 15 minutes so we did that too. I spent a I went in for an oil change. Despite my unexpected wait time, Doug did keep checking back with us in the waiting area to update us on the progress. I definitely don't hold him responsible for the unexpected wait as I don't blame my waitress when my food is terrible. My main critique is that I just wish I would've known how long I would've been there because I would've gotten a ride as to not spend so long sitting in the waiting area. Regardless I know wait time can not always be predicted and of course I will be back when my Honda needs an oil change as I always get great customer service. More

First service experience This was my first visit so everything was new to me and a bit inexperienced in what to expect. I do not recall whom I spoke with-but the gentleman was polite, friendly, answered my questins, listened to me, suggested I write down gas purchase and mileage to check how many miles per gallon I am actually getting since one of my questions was why I was only getting 16.7 mpg according to my gauges. I had been told i would get much better mileage than that. Was an oil change and my questions answered my reasons for coming in- only 3800 miles on CRV. Waiting room a bit short on comfort would be my only discontented experience. Everything else was fine. More

Great Service I have always been completely satisfied w/ the service department at Don Ayres. Not only are the service techs knowledgeable and friendly, but the wo I have always been completely satisfied w/ the service department at Don Ayres. Not only are the service techs knowledgeable and friendly, but the work is quick and done right the first time. Their waiting area is equipped with a TV, phone charging stations and free beverages. The whole experience is pleasant and I never feel like it is an inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone. As far as sales go, I have always worked w/ Chris Demetriades and he has been great. He is always checking to see how I am doing and if I have any issues w/ my vehicle. He will go the extra mile to get me the deal I am looking for and he always does it w/ a positive attitude. I only had one problem with my last oil change and that was who ever got in it moved my seat and did not change it back and turned off my lights from auto setting.
