We have always purchased our Hondas at Don Ayres. The main reason is not only are Hondas nice cars, but because of the truly outstanding service and body shop. Rick was exceptionally patient with me because of my family circumstances. He rescheduled meetings, considered more than one trade-in possibility, and enhanced the closing process. We were hesitant to change our van purchasing from Chrysler to Honda but we wanted a van of very good quality. We had checked at other Honda dealers and were impressed by the vehicles but were not su Chrysler to Honda but we wanted a van of very good quality. Anwar worked very hard to help us purchase our new van in our payment limits. While waiting to see on the dealings of buying the van, Anwar brought us beverages and was genuinely interested in our lives. He carried on a nice conversation with us, as a friend and not as a salesman trying to earn our business. After we were approved for our purchase, Anwar gave us a tour of the whole facility, the finance department, the service department, etc. He introduced us to everyone and actually knew all of their names. Doug Settle has always done an excellent job with customer service. He was recommended by a friend when we bought our first Honda. On a trip a few years back, our car broke down after we made a st customer service. He was recommended by a friend when we bought our first Honda. On a trip a few years back, our car broke down after we made a stop. Doug was able to talk me through the process to get the car into gear (brake switch). He also helped me to locate the nearest Honda dealer to get the problem fixed. My wife is almost always the one to take the vehichle in for service. She is treated with respect by all of the service dept. staff. That doesn't happen at all service/repair shops. Keep up the great work! More

Ed and Rick always do what is best for the client. They are willing to work around our crazy schedules to take care of us. Ed has left a lasting impression on me since we first met. Shawn Baney met us at the door of Don Ayres Honda, when we arrived to learn about the Honda CR-V. He was very thorough in showing us everything about the car and how it worked.
