I have gone to Don Ayres for service ever since I purchased my vehicle from last year. They are always very accommodating even when I haven't scheduled an appointment. I think that the standard service time charged is too high. I feel that in most cases my service is completed in a shorter amount of time. Overall I am satisfied with the friendly and helpful staff in the Honda service department. I would like to share that as a female, the service department treats me with respect and listens to my service needs and helps get to the bottom of an issue with my 2001 Accord. However, it rarely needs more than routine milestone check ups & has over 207,000 miles. I LOVE MY HONDA! More
