I traded in a '99 Chrysler Sebring for an '07 Chevy Cobalt. Don Ayres gave me a great deal for my trade and were very generous on their "We Owe" items before I signed to make the purchase. They did want me to be as satisfied as possible both with the trade amount and with the condition of the Chevy. Went back a week later to have the Chevy serviced according to the "We Owe" list. Before determining the items for that sheet, I neglected to notice the two FOB's for the Chevy did not work; that and a headlight re-aiming were the only tabs I had to pick up on that maintenance visit. Otherwise, got a tire imbalance fixed with four whole new tires as well as new wiper blade, all on their tab. John was a nice guy to us. I've been very happy with the vehicle ever since. More

I picked a bad time to come without an appointment, what i did like was his honesty telling me exactly how long it would take. Don Ayers service center has the greatest employees. I have never once ever had any problems with them and their service. Everyone is so nice and the oil change there is probably the cheapest that I have have never once ever had any problems with them and their service. During a routine service visit I was given the opportunity of a FREE check of my 2000 Honda CRV systems. The resulting inspection showed that the front brake pads were in need of replacement, the opportunity of a FREE check of my 2000 Honda CRV systems. The resulting inspection showed that the front brake pads were in need of replacement, the power steering fluid needed flushing, and the engine air cleaner needed replacement. Since I had enough time available, I had all of the needed work performed while I went to lunch without the need of an additional trip to the dealer. This saved me time and insured the continuing reliability of my wife's vehicle without an additional appointment and subsequent trip to the garage. I have purchased two new vehicles from Don Ayres Honda and have them both serviced at the dealership. The treatment I have received as a buyer and in service visits is superb and I recommend this dealership to others. More
