The dealership was very timely in getting my car scheduled and worked on. The drop off area is inside, out of the weather, the waiting area was clean, with the option of TV viewing, internet with wo scheduled and worked on. They had a variety of magazines to choice from if you didn't have your own reading material and they also had a child size table and chairs for small kids. I've purchased many new cars over the years. I must say that this was one of my more enjoyable experiences. I had visited this dealer earlier to explore the possibility of purchasing a new van. They didn't have what I was looking for, but Andy followed up a couple of times to insure that they came up with a car that I would be happy with. Andy and the rest of the staff were very straight forward and friendly. No under the counter agenda at any time. Most people hate dealing for a new car because of the condescending way "car people" treat them. I've experienced that dreadful experience many times. I never felt that negative aura at this car dealer. Many people came by and thanked me for my business. The price was fair and the experience of purchasing my new Honda Odyssey was excellent. I was in the market for a certified used Odyssy and was looking online when I was contacted by Sharon. She explained what inventory they had and when none of them met our criteria she stated she would con looking online when I was contacted by Sharon. After being very patient with me and continuing to stay in touch and a few test drives I finally found something I liked. After a few concerns with the vehicle were taken care of she and Bill (the used car manager)made the experience of buying the van an easy one. Sharon stuck with what she said she was going to do and for that I appreciated it. If the dealership and its employees keep with making me and other customers happy it should be a long relationship. Very happy with my sales man, Shannon Hoover, who was very helpful and friedly. He was never too pushy and allowed me to take my time in the buying decision.
